Our goal is customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to exchange your product for store credit within 14 days of package delivery. Sale items and Custom Orders are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
Must meet the following requirements:
-Has not been worn or used, even if it was only for a few hours.
-Free from any marks, orders, and animal hair
-In original packaging
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE shipping item(s) back. We will not accept any item(s) that were sent without prior contact.
-Shipping cost on exchanges are the buyers responsibility
-If any items were damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 business days of package delivery. Damaged items must be unworn when claimed as damaged. Baby Bow Tied will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of wrong or damaged item. Baby Bow Tied will not be responsible for damaged items after 2 business days.
-Any items sent back after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
-Please DO NOT return items that do not meet the above criteria. It will be shipped back to you at your expense without notice.
-Store credit will be issued in 3-5 business once your item(s) is/are received.
*Colors may very due to monitor settings. Every item is handmade which may cause varying pattern/pattern placement.
