Welcome to Baby Bow Tied. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of babybowtied.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Shopify store platform provides the website, checkout, and customer accounts.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order.

2. Our Products
Our items are handmade, so pattern placement may vary, and colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We work to describe our products and sizes accurately; please review size information before ordering.

3. Product Safety
Our bow ties, clips and headbands are decorative accessories, not toys. They contain small parts and should only be worn under adult supervision. Never leave a child unattended while wearing one, and always remove accessories before sleep or naps. Check items regularly for wear and stop using any item that is damaged.

4. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order, and we will refund any payment for a canceled order. We may also limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.

5. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and contact information.

6. Promotions, Discounts, and Store Credit
Promotions are valid only as described and while supplies last. Automatic discounts and discount codes can’t be combined unless stated. Store credit is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Final Sale
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, store credit, and final sale items (including all discounted items, clearance items, Mystery Grab Bags, and custom orders) are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Customer Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account sign-in secure and for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product photos, graphics, text, and our name and logo, belongs to Baby Bow Tied or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you allow us to use them in connection with our business. Please don’t submit anything that’s unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or collect data, or to submit false information.

12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our site may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers and social media. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimers
Except as stated in our policies, and to the extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided “as is,” without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Baby Bow Tied’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
